A hand dryer that identifies whether someone is present in the room. If there is someone, advertising or company information is displayed. As soon as the user stands in front of the dryer, a customer satisfaction survey appears, enabling the user to score their toilet visit by pressing on a smiley. Smile Ad worked with CWS to develop several proof of concepts in-house in order to achieve optimum results and CWS customers can now take advantage of this innovation.
